Sensitive to Input R-Y-B Phase Sequence
Blocks operation whenever the incoming phase order is incorrect.

The Single Phase AC Power Controller is a thyristorised module that regulates power to resistive and inductive loads with stepless accuracy. Built for furnaces, ovens, kilns and process heating lines, it holds set points steadily under continuous industrial duty. Precise firing control cuts wasted energy and thermal overshoot, while robust protection keeps heaters, wiring and production uptime safe.

Standard single phase modules are offered from 15 A to 350 A. Higher ratings and custom panel builds can be engineered on request.
Yes. The controller accepts 4–20 mA, 0–10 V or 10k potentiometer commands from any standard P, PI, PD or PID temperature controller.
It integrates directly with PLC and DCS systems through analog command inputs, external trip/reset and interlock terminals.
Current limit, instantaneous overcurrent, single phasing, phase sequence, heat sink over temperature, external trip and interlock protection are built in.
